The 3-piece EZ-BS25 is our HIGH Capacity 2.5” Sch 80 Double Wall extended Electric Hauler.

The package includes our time tested water resistant 2.4 hp 901 Silver express 12v DC motor. A permanently sealed cast aluminum gearbox containing steel worm gear and bronze alloy worm drive gear with roller bearings, for unsurpassed strength, in a sealed synthetic oil bath for long life.

High amp 12v IP67 rated waterproof reversing switch assembly mounted in an aluminum water proof box with a 14 ft. 8-gauge wire harness and 100 amp re-settable  circuit breaker assembly.

This unit can be configured with our PRO SERIES Power Grip Anodized Aluminum sheave for hauling heavy pots/traps with grease-able machined UHMW v-roller assembly, paired with a open face cast aluminum crab block with s/s quick link and s/s davit pin for pulling pots/traps. In this configuration it would also have our new PRO SERIES  line tension device and new UHMW line stripper. 

Or we can configure this Davit with our 6" Drum and Dynema line, paired with a special cast Aluminum 1000lb open faced block for heavy lifting up to 500lb.

We have designed the BS25 with a 8" diameter dual flange locking collar with UHMW wear plates and bushings to provide ease of rotation with loads. 

This unit is sold as a weld in unit in for new Aluminum Boats but can be configured as a bolt in unit as well for most existing aluminum boats or fiberglass boats. Please call so that we can discuss your use.

The EZ-BS25 davit unit is 79“ tall and has a reach of 49“.

As always can be configured for Port side use as well.

The unit comes with a 1 year manufactures defect warranty.
