The 3-piece EZ Puller Inc. "PRO2"is our HIGH Torque 2” Sch 80 extended Electric Pot Hauler. The package includes our time tested (30+ years) water resistant 2.4 hp 601 Gold express 12v DC motor. A permanently sealed cast aluminum gearbox containing steel worm gear and bronze alloy worm wheel gear with roller bearings, for unsurpassed strength, in a synthetic oil bath for long life.
Our New waterproof aluminum switch box with New waterproof IP67 on/off switch assembly with a 14 ft. 8-gauge duplex wire harness and 100 amp auto reset circuit breaker assembly.
Our New Power GripAnodized Aluminum sheave with grease-able machined UHMW V-roller assembly, open face aluminum crab block with s/s quick link and s/s davit pin. Our New sheave accepts line sizes ¼” to ½” but works best with 5/16ths.
The EZ-PRO2 also comes with our new Redesigned Line Tension device designed for easier and safer operation, combined with our industry first UHMW line peeler make for trouble free pot hauling.

The PRO2 is a high-torque electric pot hauler built for commercial fishing operations that demand reliability day after day. Constructed from 2-inch Schedule 80 pipe with a 76-inch height and 34-inch reach, this hauler is engineered for multi-pot lines and heavy-duty use — the kind of workload common in Alaska and Canada's toughest fisheries.
At the core is a 2.4 hp 601 Gold Express 12V DC motor, water-resistant and proven over 30+ years in the field. It pulls line at up to 160 feet per minute and is davit-rated for a safe load capacity of 285 lbs, handling line from ¼" to ½" (optimized for 5/16"). The PRO2 is built for davit-mount installation — pair it with our 2" davit mount for a secure, boat-ready setup rated to match its full load capacity.
Inside, a sealed cast aluminum gearbox houses a steel worm gear and bronze alloy components running in synthetic oil for long-term durability. The redesigned "Power Grip" anodized aluminum sheave features a grease-able UHMW V-roller assembly, and the line tension device now includes a UHMW line peeler for smoother, more consistent hauls.
Wiring is handled through a waterproof IP67 switch box with a 14-foot 8-gauge wire harness. This is compatible with our full range of electrical accessories, including replacement switches and extension harnesses, so you can customize the setup to your boat's layout.
