When my pot puller stopped working I sent a question to EZ Puller. I was amazed that I got an immediate response. It was even after business hours. Their reply immediately gave me confidence that it could be repaired. I was given the option to ship it to them, but after talking on the phone, I decided to give a new switch and electrical connections a try. After replacing the old wiring, switch and connections, I was so pleased to see it working, saving me hundreds of dollars on a new puller. The part looks the same but as I said I ordered and paid for 2 and was sent only one. The delivery time when I ordered was supposed to be 2 days and it took 5 days to get my incomplete order. First problem I have ever had w EZ Pull
